Applications

Batching/Volume Measurement

The Clark water meters (multi-jet & single jet) are successfully measuring total volumes consumed in batching or volume based process applications.  The CLXC-P Series water meters have been carefully chosen for popular applications such as beer brewing equipment, in volume based disinfection and steam generated applications.  Our single jet meters with one pulse per gallon have demonstrated proven value meeting accuracy (1.5% of scale) needed for process feedback while also meeting the required NSF 61 water quality certifications.

The Clark Water Meters are designed for the OEM marketplace with a variety of sizes and advantageous pricing programs.  For batching or volume based applications, other pulse rate output options are available.

For plumbing or process, Clark Water Meters Series are available in ¾” thru 8-inch diameter sizes with or without reed switch outputs.

Benefits

  • Monitoring liquids volumes in batching systems.
  • Feedback available with pulse output options
  • Meets WQA ANSI/NSF 61 water quality standard
  • Manufactured in ISO 9001 certified production facility
  • Quantity based stocking and pricing programs available

SUB-METERING AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Sub-Metering & Energy Efficiency

The Clark water meters (multi-jet & single jet) are successfully reporting water consumption in sub-metering and district heating & cooling systems.  The CLXC-C1 Brass Series water meters have been carefully chosen for popular applications such as sub-metering actual consumption in central/district heating or cooling system, irrigation deduct meters in municipal supply systems, and marina/campgrounds ‘short term’ billing systems.  Our multi-jet & single jet meters have demonstrated proven value meeting meter construction meeting AWWA – C 712-10 standards for meter construction.

The Clark Water Meters are designed for the OEM marketplace with a variety of sizes and advantageous pricing programs.  For sub-metering & community heating systems, pulse rate output options are available.  Add sentence on single jet – 5-1/2” length.

For sub-metering applications that require multi-jet meters and a standard length of 7-1/2” meters, Clark Water Meters also offers the MJP Series.  The MJP Series are available in ¾’. 1” and 1-1/2” size with NSF approvals and reed switch outputs.

Benefits

  • Reporting water/liquid demands & energy transfer systems.
  • Provide actual usage versus ratio based billings
  • Manufactured in ISO 9001 certified production facility
  • Both cold and hot water meter options
  • Quantity based stocking and pricing programs available
  • If required, cold meters (only) meet WQA ANSI/NSF 61 water quality standard

Plumbing and BOiler COndensate

Plumbing & Boiler Condensate

The Clark water meters (single jet, multi-jet, & Woltmann Type) are successfully measuring water consumption and condensate return in industrial process plumbing and district energy systems.  The CLXC-C1 Brass and Woltmann Style water meters have been carefully chosen for popular applications such as monitoring water consumption in process system, condensate pumping systems, and evaporation cooling systems.  Our multi-jet & Woltmann turbine (helical rotor) style meters have demonstrated proven value constructed in ISO 9001 manufacturing facility available with NPT or ANSI 150 flanges depending the size and configuration.

The Clark Water Meters are designed for the OEM marketplace with a variety of sizes and advantageous pricing programs.  For process metering/feed-back & district heating or cooling systems, pulse rate output options are available.  .

For sub-metering applications that require multi-jet meters and a standard length of 7-1/2” meters, Clark Water Meters also offers the MJP Series.  The MJP Series are available in ¾’. 1” and 1-1/2” size with NSF approvals and reed switch outputs.
